Scheduling and Client Support

Senior Marketing

Design custom email, telephone and direct marketing campaigns that promote your sessions, make booking by the clients simple, and allow you to track how many seniors remain to be scheduled.  Information is key and between the automated marketing campaigns and integrated session tracking you will always know where you stand.

Session Booking and Tracking

Session clients of any type, including Seniors, quickly and easily log in and schedule their sessions to slots designed by you.  Payment is made at the time of booking and there are built in systems to bill for no show sessions, cancellations within too short a timeframe (set up by you), and resits for reasons you define as “billable.”

 

Cash to you is pushed to the booking stage while phone support is minimal because of the simple to use client side interface.



Staff Management

Schedule all of your staff from the easy to read schedule list view that includes everything needed to track everyone on your staff servicing these important clients.  Along with tracking what staff remains available on any given day as you make assignments, you can quickly fill jobs with the best staff for each event.

 

Once assignments are finalized your group will receive emailed and SMS Google Calendar compatible job assignments for individual jobs.  With one click they can also review their assigned jobs on the main schedule page.

 

Simple, fast, and everyone knows exactly what they are assigned to and who they are working with.



Equipment Management

Integrated into the Schedule is purchasing, repairs, assignments and tracking of all of your expensive equipment.  For any given job you can assign barcode tagged bags to each photographer that includes what the bag contains, where it is located, when it can be picked up, and when it needs to be returned.  While bags are “scanned out” to a staff person, an email and sms notification is sent and any necessary paperwork needed to tag the bag for the job is automatically printed.  As bags come in they are again tracked.

 

The system allows you or your equipment manager to know at any time where any individual bag is, or what bags any given staff member has issued to them.  Built in purchase and repair logging is also integrated into the platform.

We integrate with Stripe's best of breed payment solutions to provide secure and auditable payment processing. Airstudio can handle refunds, billing triggered upon customer no shows, and much more. Once your account is configured, leverage Stripe's native reporting features to easily track session revenue.
