✅ Custom Fields in Emails

• Custom Fields can now be used in Notification Templates and Emails to be included in your correspondences!

✅ Notification File Attachments

• On any scheduled email you can now include file attachments.  A perfect tool for including PDF based promotional materials in event confirmation emails.

✅ "Regions" are now "Teams"

• We found that the Region feature was being used by most for things beyond a geographic region.  Some are using it as a company Division, others for employee teams, very rarely for a Region so we have renamed it as Teams.

✅ Import Enhancements 

• Employees can now be imported along with Organizations and Clients. 

• The imports have also been enhanced to include Custom Fields.

✅ File Storage on Equipment 

• File storage has been added to the Equipment system to allow keeping copies of receipts and other items attached to Equipment Items and Bags.

✅ Enhanced Subject Group Exports 

• You can now export one or multiple subject groups in one xlsx file.  

✅ Daily Log Sheets in Excel

• Log sheets can now be exported as a PDF or XLSX file.

✅ Subject Group De-duplication

• On Subject Groups were clients can create their own records, a tool has been added to allow AI to examine the Group and identify potential duplicates.   This streamlines and simplifies group analysis.

✅ Enhanced Custom Field UI

• Custom fields now have their own tab on Organizations, Subject Groups, Subjects and Jobs.  The new tab simplifies viewing, editing and managing these important data sets.
