Schedule Tools

Automated Staff Assignment Email - One click from the main schedule page sends job / schedule confirmations to all of your scheduled staff. 

Schedule Export - Download your entire schedule with one click. The download includes all information about your jobs from Staffing to Organization information, to Contacts connected to any job. 

Equipment

Equipment Repair Export - Export an xlsx detailing all equipment repairs in the system.

Billing

Sales Tax Reporting - Sales Tax reporting has been enhanced for studios who are required to charge Sales Tax on Session Packages integrating directly with Stripe Sales Tax. 

Tasks

Task Notification Triggers - Use the task system to configure automated and timed emails that send automatically to jobs, organizations, equipment items; anywhere you can add task collections, you can automate marketing or other emails. 

Task Star, Priority and Status Simplified - Easily add “Star” ratings, Priorities and Status settings to any task. 

Task Stages - Create different stages for your Task Collection Templates (Like “Pre Job” and “Processing” and “After Posting” 

Task Automation - Create connections within task collections that can trigger changes in the next step. As example “Print QR Codes” could have a status of “To Do - Pending”. When “Import Data” is completed the system can automatically change the “Print QR Codes” task to “To Do” 

Mobile App

Edit Jobs on the App - You can now edit staffing and other key items on the phone app.

Enhancements

Schedule Tools

Job Status Display - Configure and save your own Job Status items that display on the schedule main list and within jobs. Useful for tracking pending or confirmed jobs.

Team Filter or Organization Tab

Filter Organizations by Team. 

Job Type Editing Interface - Within the Job Type Menu you can customize the default staff start and end times. Default Task Collections can be added her as well that will automatically add Task Workflow Collections to all jobs created with that type. 

Scheduling Update - Deny Job - This is now a company wide variable set in Settings / Company Information. If you do not want staff to have the option to Deny a job, that feature can be turned off. 

Simplified Photographer Assignment Flow - When editing photographers on a job, after saving you now return to the same spot on the calendar. 

Allow Double Booking of Staff - Photographers can now be doubled booked on the same job and a warning will appear but you can still save the double assignment if needed. 

Simplified Sign Up System Interface - When clients log in to schedule on a “Sign Up” job, if their email exists the UI for allowing them to flow through has been simplified. 

Bulk Changing of Subject Group Team - If a Team for a Subject Group needs to be changed, all subjects can now be easily shifted to a different team with one click. 

Company Setting Restricting Schedule Viewing - A setting has been added to allow you to let your photographers see all jobs or only those they have been scheduled on. 

Simplified Staff Team Assignments - Edit and change Staff Teams from the main Staff List. 

Simplified Add Job Interface - When adding a job, you can now add Locations, Contacts and Organizations on the fly and have them all connected and updated.

Bag Assignment Update - When you assign a bag to someone, it will now automatically assign every item in the bag to that person. 

Tasks

Task Notes Formatting - Now Task Notes can include bulleted lists, bold and other text formatting. 

Titles Added to Contacts on Jobs - The pop up that includes school contacts now included the Name, Title and Email to simplify deciding who should be connected to an event. 

Enhanced “No Show / Cancel” - You now have an option to not refund the session fee when when subjects Cancel or No Show through the policies tab.

Enhanced Phone Number Display
