New to the Platform
Google Calendar Integration
The Google Calendar integration is here! Events can be automatically added to all participants with Google Calendar accounts, or you can tailor the integration to sync only with your staff calendars. Check your integrations tab in Settings.
GotPhoto Integration
Keep your data, images, and workflows fully connected and always in sync across both systems. Enter a job in GotPhoto, all job and subject details automatically flow into Airstudio, and any updates made in Airstudio are instantly pushed back to GotPhoto. We’re putting the finishing touches on full monetary and order-data synchronization. That means not just names and job information, but your revenue, orders, and financial reporting will seamlessly align across both platforms. Learn more about GotPhoto
Enhancements
Time Clock:
Automated reminders to staff to ensure they punch in and out. When a shift starts and they have not punched in they receive a reminder, the same goes for the end of the shift.
Upload copies of receipts or anything else for backup in the Timesheet system. When submitting reimbursable expenses, staff can photograph the receipt and upload the image with the timesheet.

Equipment
Select many Equipment Items or Bags and do bulk actions like un-assign, change team, assign, add custom fields, etc. all at once.
New to the Mobile App
File Support
The mobile app includes file support. You can manage job and timesheet associated files.
Contacts Employees and Organization Contact information is now available on the mobile app.
